Hey, Rock…“Indiana Jones” opens in two days….l will probably wait until “Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning” opens on July 12 & see both films the same day….you will probably see Indy before me….let me know if it holds up..
It is getting mixed reviews…

From what I have been seeing, it's not looking very good for the latest Indiana Jones movie? A lot of You Tube movie reviewers have been saying that it is awful. I would have posted some of their reviews here, but I didn't want to ruin the movie for you. From the sounds of it though, I just might pass on this one? |

I doesn’t look like it will turn a profit given how much it cost to make…which is why l am going to wait for “Mission Impossible” to open….Tom Cruise may be nuts…but he is not woke…”MI” is going to be good….will probably see “lndy” first then “MI” that way if “Indy” does suck at least my trip won’t be wasted….”MI” will calm my disappointment or anger 😆
The “Last Crusade” video was pretty interesting…the temple scene always fascinates me….it is why l put it in two of my stories, did you ever finish the “King Arthur” story, Rock?…..
The end shows just how powerful God is…in that very temple…..that story being set some 700 years before the Grail Knight takes up residence..

I did read the synopsis on Wikipedia & it doesn’t sound like a bad movie…but then again who knows…
I don’t listen to the haters on YouTube….although l agree with Ryan (RK Outpost) & Jeremy (Geeks & Gamers) on many things….they are basically hate channels…..all the SW shows they hated on & personally l didn’t think they were bad at all….they hated on the “Willow” series & it followed the plot of the 1988 film & was no more or less ridiculous than the film itself…
They have become hate mongers for advertising dollars..
Next Wednesday l will see it & give my take on it.

As l tweeted awhile back l have been binge-watching “Alias” with Jennifer Garner (2001-2006)…..this is a very compelling show & was created by J.J. Abrams who took elements of this show & incorporated them into his next show “Lost” (2004-2010)….
In true J.J. Copycat form….”Lost” main villain Ben is a carbon copy of “Alias” main villain Sloane…..always one step ahead of everyone, just when you think they got him he pulls the rug out from underneath them….& like “Lost” every episode ends on a damn cliffhanger (damn you J.J.)…….l haven’t been on Twitter for two days because l just finished season 2….couldn’t pull away from it…..it is clear to me now that J.J. was just a hired gun for “Star Wars” & “Star Trek”….he was told to repeat the success of “A New Hope” & “Wrath of Kahn”…& did what he was told….simply put he had no creative input…..he was a hired gun basically..
I have take back some of the things l said…the guy can actually create characters & tell compelling stories….but he is still a copycat….”Alias” like “Lost” has these damn mystery boxes!
On to Season 3….then 4 & then 5…..

This is one of my favorite Star Trek spinoff series ever. |

Well...I went & saw "Mission Impossible : Dead Reckoning" & it was not as good as the last 3 "MI" films....but a good addition nonetheless...Tom Cruise didn't disappoint.....this was Pt.1...with a cliffhanger ending....Pt.2 comes next summer..
I finally went & saw "Indiana Jones & the Dial of Destiny".....I didn't hate it...but I didn't love it either....here is my take on it...
The Good....
The first 20 minutes with the de-aged Indy/Ford was awesome.....the de-aging of actors is finally perfected....the opening 20 minutes is classic Indy kicking ass & being unintentionally funny....a definate throwback to the 80's films...
Phoebe Waller Bridge doesn't upstage Indy like all the hate mongers on YouTube would have you believe....there is give & take on both her & Indy when it comes to the action...
Phoebe is hot....that's right I said it..
There are many fun moments & the last 30 minutes are really good as they go back to 212 BC & see a Roman battle taking place & Marion returns in the last 10 minutes & it will make you tear up...
This one does remind us of Ford & Indy's age.....& Indy feels like a man out of place in the Vietnam era & the Apollo 11 moon landing & the hippie movement especially with his neighbors & his college students being bored with his teachings as Indy tries to adapt to the changing of the times (the 60's)
Sallah & Indy on screen together again..
The Bad...
Bringing back the Nazis as villians is a worn out concept..
Phoebe has a sidekick that is a rip off of Short Round......Short Round he isn't..
The pacing is slow in some spots....needs tighter editing..
There is a under water sequence that goes on a little to long..
Indy gets shot toward the end & is still able to act as if he isn't shot.....totally unnecessary scene
Steven Spielberg's magic is really missing & it shows big time.
All in All....not that bad of a film.....but the first 4 films are better no doubt....but this one is worth seeing.

Just finished Season 4 of “Alias”……the first three seasons were awesome edge of your seat stuff….Season 4 started off a little slow with story of the week BS l guess because some knucklehead at ABC thought people were too stupid to follow a on going storyline with the first three…luckily this idea was abandoned & Season 4 got back to the basics after episode 7 & was nonstop after that with intense edge of your seat drama……what l find ironic about this show is that you have to remember it ended it’s run 17 years ago before all this social media woke nonsense & yet you have strong kick ass women on here who don’t have to be heroic at the expense of men, the men are just as bad ass as the women, this notion that women can’t be strong along with men & that men have to be inferior is really an insult to women….this show has Jennifer Garner holding her own along with the men…….men don’t have to be stupid to prop up women….the woke morons could learn something here… Just like “Lost” this show is filled with mystery & intrigue, J.J. Abrams really loves his damn mystery boxes….screw you J.J. 🤣….now l am on to the Final Season 5… |

I wrapped of Season 5 of “Alias” last week, although it had a decent ending l feel it probably could have gone one more season….it definitely gave me some ideas for another “Ray Quick & Dutch” story post “Endgame”…..l have already wrote a part 3 now writing part 4……this will bring closure to not only the established characters but the ones l created….Ray & Dutch get one last run & Snake & Max show up towards the end & show that despite being older they still have it….Hollywood will never do it so l have to…stay tuned…

Since I changed "Endgame's" ending I posted the new ending here along with both "Ray Quick & Dutch 3 & 4"......the Mr.X character grew on me, I felt he should get redemption instead of being killed off & in "Ray Quick & Dutch 4" he gets a better fitting end as does Ray & Dutch........mainly the last paragraph in "Endgame" is a set up to these two stories If you liked the first two "Ray Quick & Dutch" stories you will like these two as well......Pt. 4 sees the return to Joppa (Clash of the Titans) as Mr.A is by far the most ruthless villian of them all.....more ruthless than Mr.X himself....not even Kahn could control him. There are a few flashbacks to Pt.2 Returning characters in Pt.4..... A flashback scene with Mr.X & Kahn before Kahn went into cryogenic freeze A facehugger the Egyptians recovered from "Indy vs Predator" in 1939 & kept frozen that Mr.A has stolen that later results in a Xenomorph alien Ray, Dutch, Mr.X, Kristen, Elektra, Hobbs, Scarlett & Quinn (The Predator) Pep (Eric Scully & the Agents of Shield) is back with more funhouse pranks Taria, Snake & Max in memorable cameo appearances.........if you read nothing else the chapters with Snake & Max is a awesome tribute to these cinematic anti-heros (Chapter 4 & 5) Mythological aspects from "Clash of the Titans" at play here.. Mr.X finds redemption with Angel Red & Dark Kristen's mom who is a badass that could have a spinoff film Emily Blunt's Angel Dark (from Pt.2) did not die but was doubled which is why Mr.X killed her.....it wasn't really her but a double. MCU characters Falcon & Winter Soldier are also here in on the action Part 3 is the set up whereas Part 4 is the sweet payoff.......this is the first post-Endgame two-parter I have written where the Thanos snap is referenced where Mr.A survived the snap & was able to overtake Joppa as half of the IMF agents occupying Joppa after the first "Ray Quick & Dutch" story were snapped out of existence... 34. I don’t claim to be John Grisham or any other great writer….but l am much better than the so called writers on strike….at least l keep with consistency with my characters & develop them & l at least maintain the spirit of existing film characters….
Writers today want to change characters to fit some idiotic agenda….
This is why people are not paying attention to this strike….
Hollywood is dead…..l now have to entertain myself…
I will fine tune any script or screenplay 😆

 So I watched the film "Megan".....this is another cautionary tale about the dangers of AI technology......think "Child's Play" with the roles reversed... This could easily be a prequel to Will Smith’s “I, Robot” & “The Terminator”….. The dangers of AI technology is finally upon us…even James Cameron & Arnold have touched on its dangers… “In 1984 l tried to warn you” “you didn’t listen”….James Cameron… What was once Sci-Fi is shockingly becoming reality… Highly Recommend watching “Megan”…..l don’t think toy companies are there yet….but they soon will be. |

Oh, yes....I remember "Videodrome"....sometimes I think this film is responsible for hooking me into the female domination thing....the scene where Woods & Debbie Harry are watching the naked woman getting flogged & she says "this kinda turns me on" & I am thinking "yeah me too"....although I am sort of past that phase....I have had some women really want me to push them beyond their boundaries & I am like "hold on now" "let's talk about safety here"....I think Star was one of them....I sometimes wonder if she was disappointed...there were some boundaries I would not push.....
David Cronenberg made an appearance in 1985's "Into the Night".....he also made an appearance in "Alias" where Jennifer Garner's character has two years missing time where Cronenberg plays a hypnosis doctor who tries to bring out her repressed memory & has a sexy assistant to boot......couldn't find the scene on YouTube....no one has uploaded it....but yeah you can't miss him & that voice..

Speaking of my sweet Lysette…..found some new information, she has been off Twitter for six months, the Parkinson’s is taking its toll on her but she has been in a romance with one of her past co-stars in a film she did in 1990 (Ghost of Monte Carlo)
She finally revealed that it was the year 1988 than Harvey Weinstein raped her, she had just finished the film “Lady & the Highwayman”….
She was offered the Elsa role in “Indiana Jones Last Crusade” but lost the part because Weinstein had her agency drop her, she said she also lost a role for the film “Lethal Weapon 2” as Rika, Mel Gibson’s love interest both films 1989….& “Pretty Woman” (1990)….Harvey stalked her & derailed her career….she said awhile back she lost major roles….those were the roles….
She said “I had been signed to a massive agency in Hollywood & was living there & was dropped because l refused to let Harvey Weinstein rape me again & again” “he wouldn’t leave me alone & l lost three major film roles because l refused to meet with him” “he ruined any chance l had in major film roles” she said
She wasn’t the only one.
No wonder Mel Gibson hated Weinstein….not only did he take away his leading lady in “Lethal Weapon 2” not only did he refuse to distribute “Passion of the Christ” he also raped Mel’s masseuse….is it any wonder why Mel went on that Jewish rant….all Mel did was tell the truth about Weinstein & Hollywood!!
Lysette would have had great chemistry with Mel, the girl they did cast was terrible, her & Mel had zero chemistry!!….maybe she was a last minute replacement l don’t know, but her & Mel had no chemistry, definitely my least favorite of the 4 “Lethal Weapon” films & that is why, now this makes me dislike the film even more..☹️
