There was an article the other day about how the "Sequel Trilogy" should have played out.....it may have been "Forbes".....in it they pointed out what should have been & what J.J. Abrams may have been hinting in "Force Awakens".....here is what the article said....
Rey should have been Luke's daughter....this would have made for a compelling story.....Anakin's two grandchildren on opposite sides of the Force would have made for a unique family dynamic......it would have explained Luke's lightsaber calling to her, it would have explained how Leia knew who she was, Kylo's interest in her, Snoke's interest in her......Luke's silent reaction to her at the end......these signs were all there in the "Force Awakens".....but because this idiot Jar Jar Abrams loves his damn mystery boxes so damn much....that plot point didn't happen......although I think that was his intention all along....but because he didn't reveal that....Rian(dumb) Johnson didn't have to follow it.....I will say it again....somebody should have reminded Jar Jar Abrams that...."this is "Star Wars" not "Lost" you stupid idiot"!!!........what could & should have been!.....
Kylo Ren carrying Anakin's dark side & Rey carrying Anakin's light side of the Force....
It should have been revealed that Luke left her on Jakku to protect her & that Kylo had been searching for her
Snoke should have been revealed as an angry former Jedi who escaped Order 66......
How hard would this have been??......apparently these dummies at Lucasfilm are just that.....DUMMIES!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, it has happened....Disney CEO Bob Iger has stepped down over his mishandling of "Star Wars".....but the big question is....what about Kathleen Kennedy??.....the investors & shareholders are not happy with the current state of "Star Wars"......so, are any of them going to have the balls to fire a woman.....getting rid of her is what is going to save "Star Wars"......it has come out that she has been banned from the set of "The Mandolorian"  ........that is a start.......we shall see.....stay tuned! |

Well, it looks as if Steven Speilberg has passed on the fifth "Indiana Jones" film as has Lucas.....if Ford has any integrity left he will too.....I am beginning to think Ford has lost his way like Arnold has....once again another disaster at Lucasfilm.....even Speilberg wants nothing to do with Kathleen Kennedy anymore....& yet she is still employed.....however it is said that Iger's replacement Bob Chapek is a serious numbers guy....man, does he have a challenge ahead of him....."Rogue One", "Solo" & especially "Rise of Skywalker" had some serious cost overuns....& now the "Kenobi" series is being revamped......if this guy wants to keep his reputation as a numbers guy he will fire Kennedy......the only question is...is he going to be man enough to do it or is he going to worry about the losers on Twitter?.....we shall see..

I have not seen ANYTHING Star Wars since Jar Jar Binks. I don't believe I missed out at all. Star Wars was the shit in 1977. Empire Strikes back was awesome too. What do I know , I'm no longer a targeted entertainment demographic. Old Hetero White ... You should check out "Revenge of the Sith" at least. That one is great. "Rogue One" was really good too. So was "Solo". The prequels are way better than the Disney sequels are though, in my opinion. |

Yeah, but you've gotta remember, Harrison Ford originally wanted his Han Solo character to die back in "Return of the Jedi", but George Lucas didn't like that idea. Harrison Ford was obviously getting tired of playing Han Solo by then. So, he finally got his wish with "The Force Awakens". Which isn't really all that bad of a movie to be honest, it was fun and showed some promise. But man oh man, did Disney ever screw up after that!! |

Here is a really good video that explains just how bad "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker" really was. I mean, sure the action scenes and special effects were pretty awesome, but, let's face it...
