Dang....it worked....last time I did the like button it didn't show on my screen, this time it did...weird, I never think to hit the like button, a bad habit I guess...even on Amazon it would never occur to me to vote or downvote a post.....I don't know where you find these cartoons Rock....

You can find cartoon Gif files to post here by searching on Bing, or Firefox and some other search engines. Just type in what you are looking for in the search bar and then click "Images" and you will find a bunch of related Gifs and Jpegs to choose from. |

Well....it is done....I am a homeowner once again, now, what could I do with that extra room....make it a red room maybe?......buying a house is such a damn hassle, this time I was able to do it without the ex, however money my deceased uncle left me and everyone else made it possible.....it was either invest in a house again or pay 2,000 rent in my retirement...f**K that!!!

Congratulations, Roman! Now get out there and mow that lawn and pull those weeds! Honestly, it's only early July and I must have had to mow my lawn at least a dozen times already this year. Seriously though, if I did not buy my house when I did, I would be paying 2, maybe even closer to 3 times the rent per month of what I am paying now. I wouldn't hardly be able to afford to pay for anything else. I don't know how a lot of people are able to do it? |

Luckily I don't have to mow any grass, it is a sub-division & there isn't much of a yard & I am told that the HOA mows everyone's grass, none of these homes have a garage which is fine by me, so there really isn't anywhere to put a lawnmower, I just hope there isn't any ghosts like my last house, but it is a lot nicer than my previous house that me & the ex-wife shared, if only Star could have lived in it with me  |
