Finally got that dental deep cleaning I had been dreading....it wasn't too bad.....had a peridontal infection, so to get rid of the infection was $3,435.00.....insurance picked up $629.00....wow!!.....$2,800 out of pocket  ....would have done it years ago when first brought to my attention if they didn't cost so damn much.....f***ing thieves!!!!  ....& were not done yet.....some restoration work is ahead of me, not much, but some, I can be sure of one thing.... getting robbed of even more money .....there were no lectures this time, but next time they pull that crap, I am going to lecture them on why does it cost so f***ing much!!!!!  |

Yeah, those dentist bills can get to be a bit steep. And don't even get me started on medical bills. Same thing with car repairs.

Luckily I have good insurance that will cover major medical bills, up to 90% & 100% after $15,000, but dental, forget it.....& yes, car repairs suck.... that is because the mechanics get paid $90.00 an hour & because these newer cars are so damn compact, they have to remove a hundred things to get to the problem...uuuggghhh!!! the backyard mechanic is becoming a thing of the past......we have the knucklhead enviromentalists to thank for that.....like the catalyic converter, it has nothing to do with the fucntion of the car, but is mandated, here is TN we have to get emissions testing where they hold a mirror under your car to make sure the converter is still there.....& when it goes bad you are looking at about $1,000 at best....this happened to me in 2014 & I was ranting about it on Amazon....it triggered Bittersweet because I was trashing the EPA.........if the check engine light is on, you can't get your tags renewed & most of the time a check engine light means a sensor has gone bad & it usually is an emissions issue.

Well, everyone is going on about how bad "Game of Thrones" ended, they are all acting like this is somthing new.....what is wrong with these people??....did they not ever watch the show "Lost"??.....you want to talk about a bad final season to a show.....after 4 awesome seasons & a so-so 5th..."Lost" ended so badly that even I couldn't believe it. & now "The Blacklist" is headed the same way....."Game of Thrones" isn't the first show to have a crappy ending & jump the shark....these people need to get a grip.

Practically 9 months ago in Sept. I was told that my blood pressure was a little high, having lost my precious Star to heart failure & knowing that I am not getting any younger I decided to make a lifestyle change, since then I have given up cokes, pizzas, steaks & am drinking more water, well flavored water & have lost 30lbs & even got rid of a dental peridontal infection that is known to cause high blood pressure......& the verdict??....... Bottom 2 digit number is normal Top 3 digit number is still a little high......WTF!!!!!! & this is with a blood pressure pill....WTF!!!! now my knucklehead doc wants to put me on another pill that is $80.00....f*** that!!!! ....I have great pharmacutical insurance through my employer.....never have I ever had to pay above $10.00....EVER!!!! My dad has high blood pressure......I have concluded that this is a hereditary issue.....f***ing has to be!!!..... & I don't even smoke or drink alcohol....WTF!!!!  |

Have you tried drinking low-sodium V8 juice, and eating a banana or two everyday? It sounds like you might be low on potassium? Taking a tablespoon of flax oil or fish oil every day might help too. I have heard that the essential fatty acids or Omega-3 acids found in these oils can help to lower your blood pressure.

I have been drinking the "Propel" water which has a lot of potassium.....I think part of it may be just being in a doctor's office makes me nervous, I have always been healthy & never needed regular checkups, like most guys I hate feeling vulnerable, if I go to the little clinic it will be lower like 136/88......so I know it isn't running high 24/7.....I can't do tomato juice....just not for me.....I believe it is more hereditary than anything.....my ex-wife smokes a pack a day, drinks coffee every morning & hers is always normal....HOW??? WTF!!

So Justin Bieber has challenged Tom Cruise to a MMA fight in an Octagon......Is this guy delusional or what....I like Tom Cruise as an actor....as person though....the guy is f***ing NUTS!!!!!......watch "Mission Impossible Fallout" where he is hanging on the helicopter towards the end...it is really him doing the stunt or "2011's Ghost Protocol" where he is climing the world's tallest building.....the guy is nuts!!!.....Bieber wouldn't last 2 seconds with this nut case.....Cruise has a death wish.....these crazy stunts are going to be the death of him......Bieber doesn't stand a chance.....my money is on Cruise.

I just heard on the radio this morning that the Justin Bieber vs Tom Cruise fight may just happen after all? Apparently Bieber is a very athletic person who also has some training experience in boxing, and people are interested in seeing him and Cruise in a fighting match. So, who knows? This thing could actually happen after all? My money would still be on Tom Cruise winning. I do not care how much training that Bieber has, and that he is almost 30 years younger than Cruise is... I still think that Tom Cruise would knock his block off.

Every time I go to the "Femjoy" website as an active member I am more & more convinced that our pal William A. Smith is on there as a member too.....the comments this one member leaves on particular shoots is very consistent with the comments he directed at people on Amazon, I kid you not, I am convinced that this member is WAS.....the comment patterns are too similar.....

It could be WAS.....but who knows.....that member thinks all women should submit with collars on....I know, sounds like somthing I would say.....I think only those who want to submit should.....like Bittersweet  .....if it is not your bag....that is o.k. too.....I would never make a woman submit against her will, I do know the difference between free will & forced.....the difference between consenual & non-consensual.....even with Star I was apprehensive a bit....there were some things we didn't do because I had to put her safety first....but it is more fun when they are into it.....my ex-wife was into in the beginning, but later on it was like.....I just need to please Roman.....no....you need to please you too...
