I am back!!!.....spent the weekend moving into my new house only to discover that they previous owners never had internet   " src="//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/angry.png">....so I had to wait three days..  .....I see Bittersweet is back too.....maybe I will post a pic of that playroom.....it would be the perfect place to play  .....if only I could have Star back |

Man, Oh Man! Do I ever have a lot of Honey Bees in my back yard this morning sucking on the Clover flowers! At least someone is happy that I haven't mowed my lawn in two weeks now. Besides me, that is.

Speaking of Bees... Have you ever petted a Bumblebee before? I have. More than a few times over the years. And they love it! And No... I have never been stung by one. At least not yet anyway.

They'rE pretty hard to come by these dayz `round the gardens @ Gull Cottage n we really miss em..........But *I have read that they were being transported round the country to replenish the PopUlaTiOn-

Have you been playing with fire??.....there are other ways to get burned....on your bottom that is Speaking of which.....I have had this nagging toothache .....drinking somthing cold seems to help ease the discomfort....has anyone had this & if so...what did you do to keep the discomfort away?....it comes & goes.....ibuprofin doesn't seem to be helping.... Wish I could be of some help with your aching tooth but aside from taking a good pain reliever, as you have already tried, that's all that you can really do. My teeth are not the greatest and I have suffered the same thing over the years and that is pretty much what I do whenever one of them acts up until I can see a dentist.

Well it turns out I need a tooth pulled.....I thought toothpaste & mouthwash was supposed to keep those nasty cavities at bay....so much for that....bottom line is.... we are fu**ed as we get older.....a dentist told my mom who will be 71 in two weeks that our gums shrink as we age & our teeth deteriate as a result.....as if we didn't have enough to worry about in our old age (dementia, prostate cancer, shingles, bone shrinkage, erectile dysfuntion, having our children pick our nursing home).....sounds like a great way to spend our retirement!

When I had a tooth pulled a few years back the dentist was actually cursing under his breath because of how difficult my tooth was to yank out. He couldn't believe how stubborn it was. I thought he was going to rip my head off trying to get that thing out. Lol! As for preventing cavities, don't forget to floss now and then. Some dentists claim that flossing is actually more important than brushing. |

This forum isn't dead....I am getting this nagging toothache pulled Monday....would have gotten it pulled yesterday but once again my blood pressure was high....bottom number normal top number a little high....well duh, when you are in pain it is gonna run a little high....that & the fact that I had to go to work which didn't help matters any, but come Monday I am off & it is getting pulled NO MATTER WHAT!!!!....then I will be back in full form.....fu**ing Dentists.....I spent 3,000 back in May to have work done....I shouldn't be having this problem, I go back again in two weeks for a cleaning & we are going to have a little talk about what the f*** I spent 3,000 on!!......this is why my blood pressure goes through the roof at the Dentist office, they are fucking thieves!!!......I can tolerate a some pain, but not a stabbing pain in my tooth, I have had a toothache before, but not like this!!.....& I sure as hell don't have another 3,000 to give these thieves!!!.....they all need to be halled in front of Congress to explain their rip off prices.....where is Nancy Pelosi & the other Democraps on this??.....they claim to be for the little guy....where is Cortez & the rest of those commies on this....oh, yeah....I forgot they no longer care about the American people....only the illegals!!!!......o.k. I am done ranting now.

Well, I got it pulled......but the one next to it is going to give me the same problem eventually, but maybe not, if they will just fill it.... I wouldn't go as far as to say they are incompetent, they are just your typical greedy bastards!!!......my mom is getting implants with another Dentist & she is complaining about them too.....I took my daughter to one who was another arrogant dentist......I don't know what it is about that profession that makes some of those people hard to get along with Up until I was 31 I went every six months & got a cleaning.....but the main guy was a jerk, for four years I put up with this arrogant prick, then I reached my breaking point & stopped going.....add to the fact that I was a new parent at the time & had a toddler to raise & life took over....however & I did go back when my daughter was being seen & was told everything was good........I wasn't prone to cavities.....but now it is catching up with me......stay tuned.... |

This just in: The Crickets have finally returned! Yay! They have been chirping for the last few nights now around my house here. I am glad that they came back because I really missed hearing them chirping at night.
On another note, we have these little white mushrooms popping up all over in my yard. I have never seen this happen before in all the years that I have lived here? They are growing like crazy everywhere. I wonder where they came from all of a sudden?
