It was a very interesting and touching recounting of World War II history from someone who actually lived through it and who survived to tell the tale. It is to people like him who we all as Americans owe a great debt of honor and gratitude for putting their lives on the line to help keep our country free from tyranny.

Today would have been the 72nd birthday of Brian Connolly, lead singer of Sweet. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Brian. You will be forever loved and forever missed. 
The way they have his birth and death dates on the video make it look like he was born on May 10, 1945, and died on September 2, 1997. The correct dates are actually October 5, 1945 -- February 9, 1997.

I just bought the DVD of "Captain Underpants"...I loved it, loved it, LOVED it! I thought I was gonna die laughing at the "school orchestra" scene. (I admit...I have a weakness for this sort of humor!  )

Hey guys, remember awhile back when I posted that Mandela Effect video and the image of Leonardo da Vinci's "The Last Supper" painting and mentioned that I also remember the painting as having the Holy Grail present in it? Well, I was at the local dollar store today and they had facsimile/knockoff version paintings of the Last Supper for sale there and guess what, the paintings all had the Holy Grail present in them right there on the table on the left hand side of Jesus! I thought that was pretty strange. Speaking of Mark Hamill, since it is Halloween season, here's a great classic Horror flick that everyone who enjoys a really good, creepy, fun movie will enjoy, and the last segment features Mark Hamill who does a great job playing the role of a professional baseball player who loses his eye in a tragic car accident and receives a donor eye that causes him to, well, not to spoil anything but you have just got to see this one if you haven't already.
