Still dealing with this sinus infection 😤🤬🤯 Aw, sorry to hear it. Make sure that you are getting your supplements, especially Vitamin D3, and Zinc. Garlic capsules really help too. Since I have been taking those, I have not caught a single cold or flu in years now. And whenever I do feel like I might be coming down with something, I just have a good bowl of soup and it quickly passes.

I munch on garlic cloves and ginger I keep in me pockets.
Breakfast usually consists of 4 eggs, slice of bread, extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, cayenne, tumeric, black pepper, ginger powder A 30g protein drink and protein powder delivering another 30g of protein
Followed usually by caffeine
Regularly consume over 90g of protein for breakfast
I also take Focus Factor, magnesium, ashwaganda, maca, tribulus, rhodiola, boron , DHEA, Tongkat Ali and even more Testosterone enhancement supplements
I normally consume a minimum of 200g of protein every single day.
I rarely get Ill, praise the Almighty.
I routinely do more than 1000 push ups every week.
If I so choose, I can walk twelve to fifteen miles on a whim. Frequently do say in a solitary day once per week.
I am over 50, I was born a few days from now.

Too much beer drinking and lack of physical activity over the winter months has taken its toll. Anyway, this past winter I managed to catch a really nasty bug, but was able to knock it out in only 3 days by taking oil of oregano. I recommend starting slow even two minutes of routine daily exercise will get you back into the habit and motivation breeds more motivation.
