Veterans Affairs is on Federal property.
You don't have to be a Doctor to practice medicine on Federal property.
The vast majority of medicine practiced at Veterans Affairs is conducted by residents with a licensed Doctor overseeing the entire department.
Playing on people's ignorance. Just like vast majority of Americans don't know you have not been able to even enter Veterans hospital without a prior appointment for over a year.
You cannot even go to emergency room unless ambulatory. I went to emergency room, they recorded my identification then asked me to wait in a tent outside. WITHOUT EVEN TAKING ANY VITAL SIGNS.
I left and went to a private hospital. Anything life threatening is covered regardless of where a Veteran Affairs Veteran receives care.
POTUS Biden is full of shit. Likely, always has been.
