So Biden has proposed a "Estate Tax" for children who inherit a home.....let's say your parents bought a $200,000 dollar home in say 1990....& that home today is worth $1,000,000.00 market value & your parents die leaving you the house & it is paid for for.....Biden I think has proposed a 3% Estate tax, so a $1,000,000.00 dollar home left to you by your parents now would a have a $300,000 tax bill that has to be paid in full at the time of inheritence, who has that much laying around??.....so one of two things will have to happen....

1. you take out a mortgage to pay the taxes which results in a new monthly payment that wasn't there before

2. you sell the house to pay the estate tax.....which would be fine if you don't want the house.

Have the Democraps ever met a tax they didn't like....

So Biden is visiting Miami today to survey the Condo collapse.....what do you think he will say?
