I would never call our sweet Bittersweet a Democrap, she is just a misguided liberal who needs to be shown the way just like I was.....I was a liberal once too, but after a few harsh realities of life's lessons I have seen the light!!!.....first off I was once a person who hated the rich, how dare they have more money than me??.....especially when me & my ex-wife were starting our life together, looking back we really didn't have an income problem, what we had that most liberals seem to have is a lifestyle want, we wanted to keep up with the Jones' too, get to that in a minute, but we were being held down by the rich folks who didn't want to spread the wealth, bottom line is....we were knucklehead liberals who wanted everything NOW!!....instead of acquiring things as we went, we, like most got in over our heads trying to keep up with the Jones'.....it wasn't until our daughter was about 3 or 4 that realized how stupid keeping up with Jones' was, that in reality the Jones' were bankrupt, when we got divorced I got hung with all the consumer debt.....$30,000.....luckily for me I got the house & sold it 3 years ago today & was able to eliminate all that debt with the equity check.....I could have easily blamed the rich for keeping me down, but the bottom line is we are all responsible for our lives, I made bad decisions, I trusted a woman that almost bankrupted me, had I never married her, I would be richer today, you don't know pain until you get a divorce, there are no safe spaces in divorce court, we are all responsible for how our lives turn out, blaming the rich gets us nowhere, instead of blaming the rich, you have to look in the mirror & realize that to be rich you have to do rich people stuff & one thing I have learned is rich people don't have car payments, credit cards, they don't keep up with the Jones' they are patient, this class warfare rhetoric is a joke, most liberals hate Trump because he is rich....which is a dumb reason to hate someone, now I could care less if Joe Blow next door makes more money than me, is Joe Blow happy?...only he knows....I don't care..... bottom line is if you gave every rich person & every poor person $100,000.....in 2 years the rich people would still be rich & the poor people would be poor again, it is all about behavior, it is all about our decisions, it is all about the person in the mirror, It doesn't matter who is President, YOU got to take care of YOU, the difference between rich people & poor people are their decisions, it is not the Government's fault, & it is certainly not Trump's fault, in fact right now in this booming economy every one has a chance to chase their dreams, but you have to make it happen!!..... once liberals figure this out they will no longer be liberals.

You know I like him in "Mission Impossible" & the new "Star Trek" as Scotty, but this guy is an idiot, he now says that "Star Wars" needs George Lucas back, although I agree with him on this, it is him & people like him that trashed the Prequels that led to Lucas selling "Star Wars" to Disney, I think Lucas lost his passion because of the negative backlash of the Prequels, which I personally loved, but many didn't & now these same idiots are wishing George was back, never mind that it was their hatred of the Prequels that likely led to Lucas selling to Disney......look at it from Lucas' perspective, why spend millions of dollars & hundreds of hours of your time making more films if fans are not appreciative of what you give them, can't blame Lucas really, but it was you Pegg & those like you that caused some if not all of this, yes "Star Wars" needs Lucas & might still be owned by him if jerks like you Pegg had not been so ungrateful.

Sure, it wasn't a perfect movie, and there were some things that I would have liked to have seen done differently about it as well, but for the most part it was still a really fun and entertaining movie. Part 2 was pretty good as well. But part 3 was what really blew me away with how really good it was. I can only imagine how great the new films could have been had Lucas still been making them, but, as you said, he got fed up with all of the hate directed towards him and sold it all to Disney and all of the haters out there are the only ones to really blame for that. |

Donald Trump points angrily during a heated exchange with CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta during a post-election press conference on Nov. 7.
On Monday, Donald Trump appeared to end his effort to bar Jim Acosta from the White House grounds. The president’s staff informed Acosta by letter that a “final decision” had been made to “restore” the CNN reporter’s press pass. Immediately after the White House announcement, CNN stated that its pending lawsuit against Trump and some White House staff to vindicate Acosta’s (and the broadcaster’s) First Amendment rights was “no longer necessary,” and would be dismissed.
The White House’s action followed last week’s order by District Court Judge Timothy Kelly compelling to the White House to return Acosta’s pass, which it had revoked after a Nov. 7 press conference during which Acosta angered the president with persistent questioning about topics Trump wanted to avoid, including his mendacious claim ahead of the midterm elections that a group of refugees hundreds of miles from the U.S. border were about to “invade” the United States.
The White House’s “final decision” also followed its issuance Saturday of another letter to Acosta, this one announcing a “preliminary decision” to permanently strip Acosta of his pass, a decision the White House apparently later concluded could not survive judicial scrutiny.
Yet the apparent end to this bizarre saga may, in fact, only be the beginning of a campaign by the president and his staff—to police the reporting and questioning of journalists by placing disfavored reporters like Acosta at permanent risk of losing their constitutional right to access the White House grounds.
In the same letter announcing its “final decision” to “restore” Acosta’s pass, the White House Communications Office issued a patent threat to Acosta, together with every other member of the White House press corps.
The letter included a set of purported “rules” governing the conduct of reporters during White House press conferences and briefings. Principal among those rules is a mandate that a “journalist called upon to ask a question will ask a single question, and then … yield the floor.” The rules go on to state that a “follow-up question or questions may be permitted” only at the discretion of the president or government official answering the press’ questions.
The White House’s announcement of the new rules might be of little moment, were it not for the penalty that Trump proposes to impose upon violators. The fourth and final rule states that “failure to abide by any [of the foregoing] rules … may result in suspension or revocation of journalist’s hard pass” to the White House. Lest the import of this threat be lost on Acosta, the White House letter closes with this warning: “Should you refuse to follow these rules in the future, we will take action in accordance with the rules set forth above. The president is aware of this decision and concurs.”

An attack on free speech? Nah! The White House is simply laying down some basic rules of conduct that any normal, well-adjusted, rational human being should be able to understand. Of course we are talking about CNN's Jim Acosta here whose totally rude and unruly conduct in the past helped to initiate and bring about this action in the first place. But as I said before, CNN and the other news outlets are still free to report the news as they see fit. Now, whether or not Trump actually decides to call on Jim Acosta at future press conferences is an entirely other thing.
Now here's an attack move that I'd enjoy seeing the next time that crybaby Acosta gets out of line and throws another one of his hissy fits at the White House!

This one is supposed to take place after "Terminator 2".....ughh.....didn't "Terminator 3" do that??....ohh, that's right it didn't do as well..BS!!....then we got "Salvation" which carried the events of the first 3 films & tried to move the story foward & do somthing different.....but let's scrap that idea & be stupid....then we got "Genesys" which was a re-writing of the first 2 films that failed to make its money back......& yet these knuckleheads are at it again next year with "Terminator 6"....if "Genesys" failed to turn a profit, what chance does this one have???.....oh...Linda Hamilton returns....she is like how old now?.....idiots idiots idiots.

In 2000 & 2003 we got two films based on the 70's series, the first film was pretty good, the second was o.k. but bordered on ridiculous, only Demi Moore & Drew Barrymore saved it from being a total disaster....then in 2011 ABC tried to re-invent the show by setting it in Miami instead of L.A. & it failed miserably......now they are at it again with a new movie without Drew Barrymore....Patrick Stewart is suppoed to be Bosley....yes I really want to see Captain Picard as Bosely.....if the new show failed & the two films were moderatly successful, do they really think this one is going to turn a profit??....idiots!!
"Jack Ryan"...."Amazon Prime" has released a new series.....how many more times are they going to reboot this character???.....what exactly was wrong with "Shadow Recruit"?? with Chris Pine & Keira Knightly?? or "The Sum of all Fears" with Ben Affleck & Bridget Moyahan??......or "Patriot Games" & "Clear & Present Danger" with Harrison Ford & Ann Archer?.....enough with rebooting this character....."well...it worked with James Bond"....that is Bond!!....with Bond it was because the actors aged, Pine & Affleck are still young.....idiots idiots idiots!!

This is a really bad idea in my opinion, and I can see another big Hollywood bomb coming soon. I saw Linda Hamilton in a cheap Netflix movie a few years ago and she was not holding up very well. Maybe she is on a new diet now, or they will do a lot of CGI enhancing to make her look better in this latest Terminator flick? Sorry, I don't mean to sound mean here, but, she really looked bad for her age in that movie. "Genisys" was alright... I own it on DVD and should really give it another viewing sometime soon? On the other hand, I thought that "Salvation" was really good and I liked where the direction was heading with that one. Unfortunately Hollywood decided to abandon it. Oh, well. |

Hey, Roman... Here is an image of Linda Hamilton from that movie that I told you about. It is from a movie that she starred in back in 2014 titled "Bermuda Tentacles". She looked really rough in it to me. I just checked Wikipedia and it says that she is 62 years old now. Wow, I did not realize that she was that old? Anyway, I hope that she is taking better care of herself now. She looked pretty fit and attractive in Terminator 1 & 2. Of course, then again, those movies were from decades ago. The person standing in the middle is the girl in "The Martian"....she was the cute girl with glasses at mission control who discovers that Matt Damon is still alive on Mars....WTF have they done to her here??....she was also in "Blade Runner 2049" as the street walker who allows Ryan Gosling's character to use her body as substitute for his virtual girlfriend.....I can't believe they have diminished her beauty here, all the more reason not to see this movie......Hollywood is done....they all have "Trump Derangement Syndrome " & can no longer function making good movies...."Terminator 6" is said to have a subplot dealing with illegal immigration.....another political narrative in a well established franchise....I am done with movies....I can't think of a single movie I want to see in 2019....the glory years of Hollywood I am afraid are over.
