Here's another great classic post-apocalyptic action/adventure flick that I remember from my youth. Damnation Alley! It came out the same year that "Star Wars" did."Two Air Force officers (Jan-Michael Vincent, George Peppard) lead a desert road trip to Albany, N.Y., the only city left after World War III." Oh, and for anyone out there who objects to people watching classic movies for free on You Tube *Cough* Amazon *Cough*....
I will have you know that I have purchased more than a few movies on DVD and Blu-Ray over the years after having watched them first for free on You Tube. When I really enjoy a movie that I like I then look it up online to see what it is going for at online retailers, and if it is fairly priced and has lots of extras on it such as commentaries and behind-the-scenes footage etc. then I usually end up purchasing it.

Humongous (1982) "The film centers on a group of young adults who become shipwrecked on a small isolated island, where they are stalked and killed by a 7ft monstrous assailant."

Joysticks was a classic T&A '80ish' flick similar to Screwballs if I recall correct.
Couldn't imagine either of them being unedited on Youtube.
Both over the top with vulgar humor and copious gratuitous nudity.
In other words, video rental porn available from video stores that don't carry pornography.
Not surprised that T&A flicks don't get made much anymore.
Teenagers today just go to pornhub or something similar.
...
A few more...
Hardbodies Barbarella Porky's
Any 'comedy' that primary location/activity is Skiing... A different era where T&A flicks were successful enough to frequently have sequels.
What I miss, and hope for is independent creativity , humor and financing akin to this generations Kevin Smith, Greg Araki minus any 'not that there's anything wrong with that' content say 'Doom Generation' , a director that's Galifinakis with edgy/dark humor...
To get my particular formula , you would definitely need independent financing...Studios today, I wager, most likely spend a lot on focus groups.
Creating formulas Movie should contain such and such... There's a Youtube video about biopic lies that sort of illustrates this...
Everywhere in the media transgender is the topic of the day...Inserted transgender character into historical biopic where there wasn't one present in reality.
The pandering of content gets more obvious when it was not directed or placed there for you.
Gratuitous nudity ... Is a popular film description after all. Certainly not created by the demographic that the nudity was placed there to entertain.
I reckon nowadays ...
Gratuitous 'Diversity'... Is more applicable

I believe that there were two in the series and I enjoyed them both. Will have to post links to those here if I can find them. I noticed that You Tube deleted the "Joysticks" link that I posted above. I will have to see if I can find another link to it and correct that soon.

Damnation Alley
If I recall correct , had feral cock roaches...
I liked "Damnation Alley" back when Beastmaster was in regular rotation on tbs.
...
In other news, quite interesting how my entire 'internet experience' is ubiquitously influenced by Google, YouTube and Amazon.
It actually can be frightening , how frequently I am merely thinking about something and BLAMMO there it is, nevermind how frequently I start typing search terms and the entire search strain is first choice...
It does frighten me that with increasing market presence of Alex, Siri, Google connected devices how HOW CONTROLLED AND CENSORED most flows of information online will ultimately become for the masses.
YouTube is an eye-opener to censorship ...
Google definitely employees a similar censorship algorithm
Not as readily apparent because, well Google is not a video hosting website ...
It certainly is a humorous paradox , YouTube content creators posting YouTube videos about YouTube censorship.
...
The internet will increasingly be censored pervasively , imagine America has censorship issues with internet ... and ADD every Nation that openly censors internet access to their citizens... Internet is immense logistics business 'It' will censor itself for access to all markets.
We all publicly witnessed EVERYTHING 'tow the line' with the Chinese Government for access to Chinese markets.
Well EVERYTHING except South Park
Ever seen the original South Park?
South Park arguably top ten successful cartoon series of ALL TIME... Also arguably top ten MOST popular Anti-Semitic cartoons.

Damnation Alley would be a really good choice for a modern remake. Imagine the things that they could do with it with today's state of the art special effects. They could even get the crew that made the awesome vehicles for "Mad Max: Fury Road" to design and create the new Landmaster personnel carrier that was featured in the original movie. It would make for a great summer popcorn flick for sure.
