Y'know, I was out this morning stocking up on some much-needed supplies when I stopped at the local Dollar Tree store and I thought to myself how fortunate and lucky we are to have dollar stores like this one where you can get lots of great items for only a dollar a piece. They really do have a great selection of household items and food and I for one am thankful to have one located close by to me.

Well, this weekend's Woodward Dream Cruise is winding down today. It was another wildly popular event this year with thousands of people coming from all over the country to admire classic cars and hot rods here in the Motor City. The weather was picture perfect for the entire weekend and there were lots of beautiful cars to be seen from nearly every make and model of automobile imaginable.Car lovers flock to Woodward for the annual Dream Cruise

Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor. Who you got? Now, I'm not much of a fight fan so I really do not know much about either of them, but if I was a betting man my money would be on McGregor. That dude looks absolutely fierce and unstoppable.

Well I guess that it's a good thing that I did not bet on this fight because Floyd Mayweather beat Conor McGregor by TKO in the 10th round! From the highlights that I have seen of the match it was an exciting and incredible fight and I have to give major props to both Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor. Congratulations, guys... I couldn't believe it--Sam Sann, one of my all-time favorites, disqualified! I was super-disappointed to see that, because at his age, how much longer will he be able to continue with Ninja Warrior competition?

My Blu-ray collector's edition of John Carpenter's movie, "They Live" arrived in the mail yesterday and on the cellophane wrapper was a white circle sticker with the word in big black print, "BUY" on it! Lol! For those out there who know this movie they will get the joke.

The sticker itself actually pulled off pretty easily. I peeled mine off of the cellophane wrapper and stuck it onto the front of the Blu-ray case cover.
