That explains a lot !!!
I regularly consume high quantity of nearly everything he listed and take DHEA and Tribulus.
1.Extra Virgin Olive Oil I currently have 5 different varieties, liters of the stuff, cook nearly everything using Olive Oil, I pour Olive Oil on toast as a butter substitute...Mnnnnm toast Olive Oil, poached eggs and spices !
2.Ginger, use almost as much as Garlic.
3.Onions, I regularly purchase bushels, I use fresh onion in nearly every meal.
4.Brussel[ Sprouts and Cabbage check, definitely eat more frequently now./font]
5. Mushrooms, large quantity 3 times a week.
6. Pomegranate, what do you know about Grenadine? Authentic Grenadine, not bullshit corn syrup grenadine.
7. Mental note to add more Shellfish, though I already eat a lot , a lot of shrimp.

Asian Market, GREAT PLACE for GREAT PRICES on Fresh Fish, Shellfish, Shrimp, Fresh Ginger, Mushrooms... Lifehack don't by vegetables other than Chinese Cabbage/ Specifically Asian Vegetables at Asian Markets, generally American vegetables are overpriced there... You know how much potatoes cost in Phillipines?
Also Lifehack : if Asian market sells cigarettes 9/10 they will carry Dunhill Reds.
