In hindsight, maybe a little available a long time ago.
As a youth in San Diego, I knew if I kept my car spotless clean and kept short hair... I could get away with murder as long as there wasn't any witnesses.
Police rolled up on me, at 17 years old, I had a case of Budweiser, was drinking one, had a fully loaded semi-automatic Ruger .22 Rifle with two 25 round magazines attached to the rifle simultaneously... The magazines attached to each other, you merely ejected one when empty, flipped it and inserted the full one...
Police rolled up on me, drinking with a fully loaded semi-automatic Ruger 22 rifle
They confiscated the rifle and beer...Sent me on my way...

I have never been arrested in San Diego... Speaks Volumes
I was taken into custody once(San Diego), as an adult, a previous girlfriend had filed a missing persons report.
WTF? I know where that I am.

At 47
Arrested in Fremont at gunpoint for allegedly "brandishing" a bb-gun.
I was unloading it because I was entering a grocery store that happened to sell alcohol. So, not to take any chances of arrest. I created circumstances for my arrest.
To be fair, I bought the BB-Pistol to randomly, and discretely blast pigeons.

From San Francisco to the East Bay I have been arrested more times than I can even possibly recall in a span of less than 24 months.
I don't steal, I don't do drugs and rarely consumed alcohol at the time.
Also speaks Volumes...
I have even had police say during an interaction "We know you don't steal."
I had another outside Seattle say "Are you Using?"
Does that work?
I don't 'use'.
However , can a pig just ask
"Are you using?"
"Yes"
"What"
"This and that"
"Place your hands behind your back you are under arrest."
Or
"Are You Using?"
"Yes"
"Where did you get it?"
"Jim-bob sells it under the table @ Tastee-Freeze"

Well, I certainly had crew haircut privilege...
