Including the admitted fact that Oswald was currently in the employ of both the FBI and CIA at the time of the shooting.
The admittence that Oswald was in fact on assignment for the CIA when he 'defected' to the Soviet Union.

I absolutely understand that secrecy is essential for National Security.
A double edged sword, secrecy within government are likewise necessary to avoid the checks and balances established to prevent illegal actions by government towards the American people.
