Screw her, and the rest of her anti-American squad. As far as I am concerned, they are all Trojan Horses attempting to take our great country down from the inside. As well as Israel while they're at it.

It's as if nobody paid attention to the "cry wolf" moral.

In private I have heard many admit that alleging racism is a trope strategy.

Among those better than average at debate, when your opposition is attacking you personally and not your argument/point, more often than not you are 'winning' the argument/debate.

My first exposure to the "Four Horsewomen Squad" was a video still on YouTube.

An ICE official repeatedly has to explain to one of the Horsewomen that entering the country illegally in order to ask for asylum is in fact illegal.

The YouTube comments section is particularly entertaining in this instance.

As it stands right now.

After nearly nineteen months of living in the elements, in ten days.

I likely will put my tail between my legs and attempt to return to my previous landlord and rebuild from scratch.

I have attempted a fundraiser on Facebook. Dear God anything would help.

Plus, with returning the veterans regional office is there. Likely be less of a headache recovering the money that the Veterans affairs owes me.

I have made slips with her privacy in the past that I regret. However, I take comfort in the fact that after her specific mention to not go to her house. As bad as my situation became I didn't return to her house, even when minutes walk away cold , hungry and getting drenched in the rain.

I should count myself fortunate that I have such a good history with my previous landlord that she welcomes me back.

There just is nothing working in my favor here.

Admittedly I still miss her.

Unfortunately I likely turned out to be a tremendous disappointment to her.

Many probably cannot fathom how bad that stings.

Even being shelterless for 19 months habits are habits , I routinely read the newspaper.

However for approximately thirty days I have had shelter.

Oddly, I was reading a Trump related article on proposed ideas for enhanced gun measures.

It still occurred to me "I cannot believe he is actually president". Admittedly I had already read how he snubbed Denmark for out right refusal to consider the proposal to purchase Greenland.

One thing I distinctly and vividly recall is the first video I watched of Trump in the oval office following his inauguration.

What I saw on Trump's face was an overwhelming look of fear.

It lead me to believe that somebody had a very fast up to speed 'talking to' apon entering office.

Quit possibly the talking to ended with 'don't want to end up an eternal flame now do you?'

Insult to injury

Guess I will get a 'break' after all.

I get into a place that I can potentially stay until housed through the veterans administration.

I have a meeting with HUD/VASH on Monday.

Only to discover because of another clerical error I have a warrant.

The presiding judge specifically told me that I was not required to go to this court date.

I have to go to jail again.

I have no choice. Because the original charge was a felony . Doesn't matter that it was reduced.
If I hadn't found it and say went to another state. If the veterans administration found it before me. They could have completely cut off my benefits until dealt with because of a law enacted in 2001.

Insult to injury.

So I get to go to jail.
For missing a court date the judge specifically told me that I didn't have to be present at.
Lose where I am housed.

I could be in jail hours or it could take a week.

Then I will be out on the street again.

I will then have to go to the police property room when they are open to retrieve my property.

If I was not as old as I am, having been through all that I have in my life this would be a nightmare.

As it is, just means I have to go to jail again, lose my temporary housing, and be living in the elements again when I get out.

At least I have my foot finally in the door with a great program for vets, when you eventually get it.

San Francisco isn't so bad living outside even in winter.

After his first briefings as President, Trump probably realized that draining the swamp was going to be an even tougher job than he had previously thought that it would be, so I can't blame him. I mean... The odds were so overwhelmingly stacked against him from the start. He has been surrounded by so many traitors, and lying dirty rats, and Rinos, and the mockingbird media attacking him constantly with their fake news lies. But he's still hanging in there tough after 2 and 1/2 years now and doing a great job so far.

I have no choice in the matter.

Even though the judge previously told me this was a waivable appearance and if I chose not to appear it was merely a formal closure of the record.

Now I have been informed it has resulted in a bench warrant.

A law enacted specific to veterans in 2001 states that regardless if a case is reduced from a felony or even dropped if a warrant stems from it and the veterans affairs finds it they can notify you and if you have not done anything towards it within 60 days of origin you can not only lose veterans benefits but have to repay benefits regardless if you knew or not.

I intend to turn myself in bright and early on Tuesday.

It could be just arrested and in custody less than an hour and issued a summons to appear in court, again to a court date the judge specifically told me I didn't have to be present for.

Now I cannot leave even if I had the means and definitive desire to do so.

The entire scenario is absurd when you have the entire picture.

1) the veterans affairs clearly owes me several months of back pay. On paper I can see at least three months plus for the last two months the veterans affairs has been withholding money from my regularly scheduled pension. Which if corrected they would pay me as well.

Eight months in 2018 I received no pension at all.

I received part of it in back pay in February of 2019.

Then, clerical error? They immediately informed me that I was overpaid and they would begin withholding a portion of my regularly scheduled pension.

I wasn't overpaid.

In fact I received a copy of a check,they attempted to send to me from November with an obvious forged signature on it.

To make matters worse it is much more expensive to keep yourself fed when you cannot cook indoors.

How I managed for eight months without even a pension is largely a blur.

However recall that I lost three teeth and had my face glued shut once, and sutured twice after three separate altercations.

I have had the fortune to not having to fight now for as far back as I can recall.

In altercations there are things that I cannot comment on.

Again I don't seek them, don't associate with groups and don't do drugs. I largely avoid shelters because basically they are like volunteering to go to county jail except with more drugs and theft on the premises. Additionally the majority of shelters here are out of the way and you check in at a specific time then out in the morning . Which because of their location you then have a commute and further expense of cash and time to attempt to accomplish anything.

Not to mention the first and only shelter I was in. In hindsight I believe it was so hard to get a good night's sleep because likely so much drugs being done in the place. I ultimately was kicked out because I knew this guy stole my divewatch.

He said

So I blasted him in the face with my right foot.

In summary

How long in jail?

It could be an hour.
It could be until the court date.

On the streets I mildly keep to my old routine while in prison. Doing sets of at least thirty push-ups at least five times a day.

You would be surprised how frequently urchins lingering about disappear after I drop and do even a single set.

I thankfully have put on some weight in the last few months. Though not to long ago I could quite easily drop and do a set of 50.

Not bad , when I am 47.

Within a day after attempting and succeeding with a 50 set, I read an article that said if you are over 40 and can do a set of 50 your chance for heart disease is decreased by 80 percent.

Obviously good news to me because I smoke.

Speaking of not to long ago, I nearly did a set of a minimum of 25+an additional fee following every cigarette that I smoked.

In summary , the best way that I have found, in my life, to avoid frequent physical confrontations, lots of push-ups.

Cognitive dissonance

I still have a nostalgic feeling for those silver pint cans of Sapporo.

I can still recall being ticked off that Japanese beers were frequently drank by Charles Sheen on two and a half men.

I was ticked off that possibly they would get trendy and increase my expense.

Unlike Pelligrino water which did get trendy decreasing it's cost and making it readily available nearly anywhere.

Many years ago I ordered Pelligrino by the case and had to go to a liquor store to get it twice a month.

Oddly or not, it became more than obvious that several employee's there incorrectly believed that I had something for the girl who worked in the department that carried the Pelligrino.
