Today's Question of the Day idea comes from watching the latest Mark Dice video concerning the Black Panther Halloween costume and cultural appropriation. Would it concern or offend you if you were to see a white child wearing a Black Panther costume? It would not offend me in the least. Over the years I have seen plenty of black children wearing Halloween costumes of Captain America, Spider-Man, the Hulk, and Iron Man. Kids will be kids and just want to have fun. They don't see race in everything, they just want to dress up and pretend to be one of their favorite Superheroes. What's wrong with that? If my son wanted to dress up like the Black Panther I would say, Go For It! The Black Panther costume is pretty cool.
What are your thoughts on this controversial subject?They Actually Fell For It

Haha! Yeah, my bad. I try not to get into politics too much here on my forum, but, you've gotta admit, there's been a whole lot O political happenings that's been happening this year and it's kinda hard not to comment on at least some of it. Believe me, there have been a lot more things that I could have posted about over the weeks and months but that I decided not to. To be honest, I am starting to get kinda bored and weary of it all. It's just the same old same old Democrats vs Republicans clashing and bickering over and over again. I wish the parties would put aside their differences for once and come together for the common good, but I just don't see that happening anytime soon. Oh well, at least the midterm elections are finally behind us. Maybe now things will settle down for a little while?

I don't know how I do it, but somehow I can bring Bittersweet out of her safe space, I was going to remark that she stays away because we are conservatives Rock & she is a liberal.....I was a liberal once myself, but I cannot support a party that has zero tolerance for those who don't agree with them, even you Bittersweet have to admit that harassing people in resturaunts & screaming & hollering at them is going a little to far, trying to destroy people's reputation because they don't agree with you, calling people racist, sexist, homophbic simply because they don't agree with you is going way too far in our society, these liberals who spout off this nonsense don't know human history & are showing their ignorance on a daily basis, this stupidity didn't occur in the 80's or 90's......people need to learn history, the problem with the left is they will never be satisfied, they won the House of Representives & are still not satisfied, let's suppose the nut-case liberals were to re-shape America in their own image, let's say they were to squash all conservatives & the opposition entirely.....do you think it would stop there?, the quest for power is unyeilding....soon you all would be squashing each other....you know King Henry VIII had his most trusted advisor beheaded .....so my question for all you intolerent liberals out there, do you really want to go back to the days of King Henry VIII??

I'm kinda feeling a little bit down and bummed out today. I just found out that Stan Lee of Marvel Comics fame, one of my all-time most favorite comic books to read as a child while I was growing up, has died recently at the ripe old age of 95. For those of you out there who might not know, Stan Lee was the creator behind many of the most iconic and well-known superheroes in Pop culture today. Along with the help of many talented artists during the 60's and 70's, Stan Lee helped bring to life stories featuring larger-than-life superheroes such as The Amazing Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk, The Fantastic 4, Thor, The X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, and so many more. My childhood years would have been so much more boring without the amazing stories and awesome adventures of these well-known and popular superheroes.
