Equally good scene from "Suburbia"
Really a fun movie , a personal favorite "sleeper" film.
Physical copy difficult to find. I do have on VHS and know where to get DVD for 15$ new.
"Suburbia" is easily in league with John Hughes for a coming of age film, IMHO.
Added plus, suburbanite 'rock-star' character in the film is especially funny to me for my own personal reasons.
Admittedly my brother is certainly 'cooler' but funny character just the same.

I misplaced a Volkswagen bus once.
Really late night, next morning 'Where's my car?'
Copious amount of alcohol involved...
Searched miles of boardwalk parking...Found it a block away , in a direction that I didn't travel, in initial search, from a girls house that I crashed at.
The hilarity wasn't lost on me.
I also was in 6 fist fights that night.
4 at one party alone until bouncers graciously asked me to go(they had been doing the same to everyone I fought, heh).
A much different time from my youth.
I actually bit the back of someones head hard...I was a bit Viscious. I was intending to slam his face into the pavement after biting them fortunately for them somone stopped me by punching me in the face, starting another fight.
Again a much different time from my youth.
I've always had difficulty committing to 'non-competitive' violence against known assailants/friends.
That night was an exception.

Travelling alone on a deserted road near the Mexican boarder...I once replaced a flat tire with the same flat tire.
One of the greatest laughing fits in my entire life.I absolutely believed that God was also laughing at that precise moment.

Damn, dude, you certainly were a rowdy little cuss back in the day, weren't you?! Remind me to never pick a fight with you! Lol! I've only ever been in a couple of fist fights that I can recall, both were short-lived though because they were broken up before things got too out of hand. I have also had guns pointed at me twice in my lifetime, one I managed to talk myself out of being shot, and the other incident I took off running before the guy could fire off a shot as he was quickly approaching my friend and I from a distance.

Tarantino wrote the script ...A personal favorite movie...Tarantino takes a tongue in cheek jab at director Oliver Stone in the film, a prominent character is a satire caricature of Oliver Stone.
Amazing ensemble cast...James Gandolfini, Bronson Pinchot, Christian Slater, Patricia Arquette, Michael Rappaport, Chris Penn, Brad Pitt, Gary Oldman, Christopher Walken, Dennis Hopper...

Spielberg assessed , over a decade ago, it would likely cost around 350 MILLION to make this film now...
